Gift card purchases are not refundable. 

Occasionally, an item you ordered might be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email from customer service soon after your order is placed. We will give you the option to receive your in-stock items immediately and hold backordered items until available or refund the payment for the unavailable item.

Customers who purchased a 100ml Eau de Parfum under the Sample Before You Commit program may return the unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Before shipping a return, contact L'Objet Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns shipped using any label other than the one issued by L'Objet Customer Service will not be accepted or refunded, even if a Return Authorization was granted. The bottle must be returned unopened, unused, with its original shrink wrap intact, in its original presentation box with all accompanying materials.

Customers who will be shipping their order to United States or Canada must place their order on our US website.  US orders will be charged in USD currency.

Customers who will be shipping their order to EU countries, China and GCC countries must place their order on our EU website.  EU, China and GCC orders will be charged in Euro currency.

When checking out with a credit card or debit card payment using Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees.

If you return or cancel your order and L'OBET processes a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

Your gift card will expire 1 year from the purchase date. 

Customers who purchase an eligible Discovery Set will receive a unique promotional code via email, equal to the Discovery Set's purchase value. The code can be applied toward one qualifying 100ml Eau de Parfum featured in the Discovery Set and expires 30 days from the date of purchase. Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be reissued if lost or expired.
